Music rehearsal began on Tuesday for my touring production of Cinderella I'll be traveling with for two months. The show is definitely fun.

The songs are pretty catchy.... and have definitely been getting stuck in my head. Ha. My cast is great. My cast is a rediculously talented group of 6 that has been keeping me thoroughly entertained since Monday. Breakfast has become a fun "get-together" each morning, provided by the hotel downstairs. (Not to mention to crazy waitress who is just a sweetheart.)

We finished blocking the show today, and start working on adding in costumes and polishing scenes. We'll tech this weekend, and hit the road Monday.  This tour should be great. I'll post my tour schedule soon, but we'll be spending close to 3 weeks in FL. Delightful!

This is my final weekend staying at home in The Berkshires. It was a nice 3 months home. Got to catch up with some good friends, (some I haven't seen since last summer) and made a few new ones. Will definitely be nice to get out of the house and go back on tour.

Will also be nice getitng back to theatre. I've had a bit of a hiatus during the winter, and went back to working part-time at a ski-resort I worked at in college. Was nice to have something to "fall back on" but I'll be looking forward to getting my feet wet again in musical theatre land.

2 more days of work, packing, then off to Philly on Monday. Wish me safe travels!

Ok, maybe I'm not completely "on-schedule" for finishing up everything I need to before heading back on the road, but I work best under pressure. At least I was able to book a summer gig before I hit the road, so that's one less thing I'll have to worry about.

I head to Philadelphia in three weeks to begin rehearsals on the Cinderella tour. So excited. In that time I need to finalize my taxes and submit them, and hopefully get my iPad before I leave.

I'm working on paperwork for the spring tour, while also finalizing paperwork from my last tour that I'm revamping. Should be good.

Now, just to figure out how to pack black clothes and still be able to deal with 4 weeks of the tour in Florida.
